Good morning! How are we faithing? The fear mankind has comes from many directions and what we fear many times ought not be feared at all. Death for example should not be feared because as believers in the Christ, Jesus, we know the outcome of leaving this body. For me it's the way of my demise that can be unsettling. I've driven off the road slipping on snow pack seeing the end at the bottom of the cliff only to pop back on the road and be fine. Thank you God! That my friends can cause some fear. I've worked wrecks on our highways and thought,"Gee whiz man, did they see all this coming?" Be sure you address your fear(s) and lay them out to God because we are not to live in fear and he will reassure you. You are scared of loosing your house? Legitimate but really, loosing a thing? What are you striving for? How do you look at physical gain? Is that the point of living? Refocus people. Stuff is cool but it's time to put all this stuff into perspective. Who runs who? Where am I going? Do I look to God for everything or to stuff? Is your sense of well being in your big house, fancy car and prestigious job? What if you fall and become unable to work? Ah, there's a fear. How will you handle that? Do you realize there are Christians half way around the world being beaten, raped, drug through the streets for their faith and I'm worried about the paint on the porch? We need to focus and get out there sharing this grace we have while we can...
Rom 1:16-17
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Heb_13:6
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
2Ti_1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Heavenly Father,
Forgive us Lord when we fear man. Forgive us when we shrink from fear of what they may do to us. Lord we ask for courage and wisdom to stand speaking truth until we leave this world. Help us do your will all the time. Forgive us our sins for they are many and speak to us when we are turning the wrong way. Help us be ready to do your will. We lift the children to you. We lift our brothers and sisters being physically tortured elsewhere and thank and bless you for us living in a place that does not happen. In Jesus name, amen
