daily prayer

    Good morning! How are we faithing? Are you ready? Are you firm in your belief unto persecution? Will you be able to stand on your faith in the hour of death? Not to frighten or scare but prophecy tells us we in the last days will face these things and I believe we are right at the preface of that time an perhaps in it. I believe satan and his henchmen are at work dividing us. I believe all this race, denomination, ethnicity etc is by design to tear us apart. I believe we are Christian first, Americans second, the rest simply doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what your house looks like or what team you support if  Jesus is not the center of your life. We need to dispense with all these designations and separatist type of actions because the cause for Christ gets lost.  Simply for descriptive purposes should the race or ethnicity things be used. The race baiters have done real damage to the nation and it's up to us to keep the focus on Jesus. This is who we are;

Gal 3:26-29
  For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.  For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.  There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.   And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

Heavenly Father,
   Thank you for salvation. Thank you for wisdom. Thank you for your Word that is nourishment for our marrow. Lord, please forgive our ignorance and our trite human failings. We do ask for forgiveness where we fail you and ask for wisdom and courage to stand strong for you. We ask you open our eyes to deceptive things that fog your light. Be with our leaders so they find you and real truth and not be deceived by the enemy and his minion. In Jesus name we pray, amen
