daily prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing? What do you fear? What troubles your thoughts? When you are in a funk so to say, who's voice is it you seek? We've all met those people who always complain and never seem to be happy about anything and we are irritated by them. Do you complain? Do you talk bad about others? Are you that person? Well cut it out! You are a child of God, the one who created what yer crabbing about! Oh, your suffering is worse than mine? So what if it is? Jesus ought to be sufficient for all of your needs and if it seems he ain't the problem is looking back at you in the mirror. No matter what you are facing, call on the Lord. Seek him out in the scriptures. Pray, make your requests known but don't whine about it. Simple wake up calls today....

Heb 13:1  Let brotherly love continue.
Heb 13:2  Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Heb 13:3  Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body.
Heb 13:4  Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Heb 13:5  Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Heb 13:6  So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for all you have given me. Thank you for talents, wisdom, abilities to be able to work, play and learn. Open our eyes to real truth so we can see beyond self and do you work and to reach out with real compassion. Forgive us Lord when we screw up. In Jesus name, amen
