Good morning! How are you faithing? Stuff in this world can drag us down, way down, some people to the point of suicide thoughts. We have to train our minds to not give in and to reach out when we are in this place. First cry to God, then seek Godly wisdom from a Godly person. Someone you know is God fearing and trustworthy. Figure these things out before hand. Make an effort to sink in your memory what and who to go to before you get in that funk. If you're in that funk and don't know exactly where to turn, seek a bible preaching church and call em up! You are not alone! Satan will beat you up and push the buttons that make you despair more and more to the point you wont seek this help. Remember;

Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance, and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
NAS

Jesus has been where you are. Maybe not the exact circumstance but the same despair and feeling of loss. Trust him. Trust him in all things even when things suck so bad you can't stand it. The other side of this that's on you is peace and joy. He will see you through and you will be much more able to seek him the next time. Grieve when necessary but don't despair, mourn but don't fall into the pit for we know that God is above all and with him we WILL come out the other side. Remember,

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for being with us even when we can't feel you. Thank you for knowing how we feel. Lord let us keep our sanity and protect us from the enemy who persuades us to do bad things. Help us resist and not give in to our lusts and selfish wants. Lord we ask you cover all of us with your love and grace that your voice is louder than satans. That your Word is more relevant than man's. That you make us keenly aware of your love. Protect all those people who risk their own lives for others. Thank you for answered prayer, in Jesus name, Amen
