 Great morning! How are we faithing? Man, sometimes when we are in the thick of anguish it's hard to see any good coming of it. Things happen in this world that can leave us devastated and or simply perplexed. Here is some wisdom;

1Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.
NIV

Things happen because of our own doing or maybe just happenstance. God wont put trash on you just to be mean. This natural world heaps enough on us. When we seek God in all things, good and bad, he gives us the strength to come out the other side of it. When we are in the trash heap we need to pray and look for a lesson so we either avoid or are equipped to deal with it the next time. Loneliness and separation from loved ones is very hard and satan will use these against us. Depression and heartache is when satan and his minion attack. Paul said something that rings true and is so applicable for us;

1 Corinthians 10:31-33
So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God. Do not cause anyone to stumble, whether Jews, Greeks or the church of God- even as I try to please everybody in every way. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved.
NIV

Keep this in mind, examine the things you do. Ask questions like, " Will this action hinder or help?" "Am I being a good example of Christs love for all of us?" Many more can be asked but I think you get the picture.

2 Corinthians 4:7-12
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus' sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body. So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.
NIV

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your love and grace. Lord we lift all the lonely people. Show them they are not alone because you are always there. Help them keep perspective on what is happening in their lives. Oh Lord please help our loved ones who are enduring hardship and despair. Make them so aware of your love and constant companionship. Lord lead them to you! We ask these things in Jesus name, Amen
