Good morning! How are we faithing? Man I lost my temper over a computer once. Firewalls and passwords to the point the puter is extremely slow and then wouldn't accept my password. I'm sure I mistyped or something but it just hit me wrong because it prevented me from doing the work required. Ever done that? Blow up over nothing really and then recognize it as soon as it happens. It got me to asking questions as to why my reaction was what it was. Is it anything deeper? Something else got me worked up and this event pulled the trigger? Man, my own actions prove I am a man in need of my savior. The Word speaks of anger a bunch and here are a few verses. I guess this has been and is a problem for humans. Lord help us.

Ps 37:8
Refrain from anger and turn from wrath;do not fret--it leads only to evil.
NIV

Prov 12:16
A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult.
NIV

Prov 14:17
A quick-tempered man does foolish things, and a crafty man is hated.
NIV

Prov 14:29
A patient man has great understanding, but a quick-tempered man displays folly.
NIV

Prov 15:18
A hot-tempered man stirs up dissension,but a patient man calms a quarrel.
NIV

Prov 16:32
Better a patient man than a warrior,a man who controls his temper than one who takes a city.
NIV

Eccl 7:9
Do not be quickly provoked in your spirit, for anger resides in the lap of fools. NIV

Eph 4:26-28
"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.
NIV

James 1:19-21
My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires.
NIV

Heavenly Father,
We praise and honor you Lord. We ask for your strength and compassion on us. Teach us to be in control of our emotions that would beat on us. Lord we ask for a touch from your healing hand on those hearts that are breaking. Lord, be with the children, in Jesus name, amen
