Good morning! How are we faithing? Another wonderful day to be alive in the service of God! Another opportunity to witness to people about the love God has for them! Have you ever sat in the silence in the wee hours of the day? Boy we are a noisy lot but God's earth sure is beautiful to listen to! Birds singing, wind, mud puppies, (around here anyways) listening for the voice of God. Praying to our Father is a two way proposition. We pray and then listen for him to speak. If it weren't that way, it wouldn't be a relationship with the savior, it would be request hour. It's important for us to listen and read the Word to back what we hear. So with the confidence Jesus gives us we are able to talk to God. Eloquent prayers are not needed, just a heart for him. Trust and believe and your requests will be made known.

Hebrews 10:19-25
Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Matthew 6:28-34
"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for being graceful and loving towards us. Thank you for teaching us how to live. Lord we lift  all our concerns to you. Help us be able to see you at work and to be at peace with things that come our way. Grant us the confidence and assurance you know the best way to deal with everything. Thank you for your love, in Jesus name, Amen
