Daily Prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing? What's on your mind today? Talk to God about it. We can talk to God anytime and not just requests. Thanking him for sundry things that happen. I thank him for nature cause I see tons amongst my travels. Doug Reed is a forest manager in Maine and he has tons of stories of nature and they are always fascinating. God's workmanship is amazing to say the least. Caught a little bunny yesterday, about 4" long. Crossing the street it was and scared. Picked him/her up and helped it to the bushes. Amazing! God's creation needs to be looked upon with awe. He made it for us to enjoy. Read Genesis chapter 1 and 2. These verses are cool.

Genesis 1:24-25
And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals , each according to its kind." And it was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
NIV

Just thanking the Lord for the smallest of things is a good habit to get into. God loves us so much he did this for you. He gave his son so we can forever be in his presence. That is a giving, loving, nurturing God. Look around, observe God's splendor. Remember Ashley Thompson...Carl and Berta...Donnie...and me please, summer cold...

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for this worlds treasures that you created. Teach us to appreciate the smallest things. Help us see that you care about us and our lives. Protect the kids from the evil out there. Be with Ashley, give strength to Christy to witness to her. Be with Annie in Jesus name, Amen
