daily prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing? Along with yesterdays writing we must look at something that goes along with it. The writers of the old testament and Jesus said, blessed is the man that walks in the law or rather, we will be blessed if we keep the law. Not for salvation or justification but because it is good for us. We know the results of sin and while a sin may be enjoyable for a season, it will cause destruction in one way or another. If we pay attention to the principles in the Word and repent of known sin as quick as possible, we will be better off. Remember repent is a change of mind that leads to a change of action. Stop simply apologizing and think all's good, change your mind over to what God tells us. Believe the Word and listen to it. YOU are the one it is made for.

Pro 8:32
Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.

Psa 119:1-8
ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.  Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.  They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.  Thou hast commanded us to keep thy precepts diligently. O that my ways were directed to keep thy statutes! Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect unto all thy commandments.  I will praise thee with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.  I will keep thy statutes: O forsake me not utterly.

Psa 1:1-4
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.

Luk 11:28
But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
