Good morning! How are we faithing? Changing our minds to live for God has a ring in some minds of pius people walking around like their best dog died while wearing long robes and never enjoying anything. Where did that notion some from?! Earning the right to be with God is where that comes from. God made this earth and set mankind on it. God spent his time talking and walking with man in a garden where sin and evil didn't exist in man...until Adam disobeyed the one thing he was told not to participate in. Since that time mankind has been trying to get back to that place and many ideas of what that place is have distorted what a relationship with God is. Since we were so neurotic about that, God had to send his son so we could be reborn in the spirit so we could have that relationship we so desire. We've all heard the horror stories of drugs, alcohol and all the other abuses we put ourselves through trying to fill that void that sin caused. The only thing that fills that void is a what is missing in our lives. The one true God. Not the god of drugs. Not the god of sex, rock n roll and anything else we substitute God with. So if you are walking around feeling something is missing and yet you keep pursuing the same old stuff, wake up. God is the answer. This relationship with Jesus fills that void completely. My car is out of gas I don't put sand in the tank do I? No man, you fill it with what it needs and if the absence of God because of sin is what caused the void we have it only stands to reason that God is what needs to be put back in.
Joh 14:18
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
2Co 4:17-18
For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

1Pe 5:10
But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
