daily prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing?  This country is in an awful shape. We as believers in Christ Jesus are coming under attack.  It may be that at some point we will be rounded up as subversives or fringe  or whatever label the powers that be attach to us. How will you stand? Will you stand? Will we knuckle under for our own ease?  Man, history continues to repeat itself.  Read about any fall of a civilization and it's the same. We are called "hate mongers" when we speak truth. Granted, there are some that are not helping the cause for Christ when they say things like, "you'll go to hell for swearing" or "you'll burn for that lie".  Do you not remember, "hate the sin not the sinner"? Remember you are a sinner too. The only thing that decides heaven or hell is faith and acceptance of Messiah Jesus so stop pointing fingers and start praying for revival and start telling the truth. God so loved the world he sent his son to bear these sins so we wouldn't have to. Remember, none of us are good enough or holy enough to earn that ticket so do like Jesus said and preach the gospel of good news with compassion for those who are lost. Feed the hungry when you can. Clothe the cold when you encounter them. Preach the good news with love because when you found Christ, you were in that same condition the lost are in. Don't ever think you are any better, you are redeemed and that my friends is the good news!

Mat 10:27-33
What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.  And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.  Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.   But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.  Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.  Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.  But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your grace that pours out on us. Help us recognize needs and be willing and able to meet those needs where they are. Lord we ask for revival and ask it start in me.  Grant us wisdom and help us hold our tongues. In Jesus name, amen
