Good morning! How are we faithing? Tired man. Feet hurt. The thought of a hammock, small breeze, about 76 degrees, afternoon nap listening the the critters sing and play...ahhh, peaceful.
God said he will guide us with his own eye. The only prerequisite is loving him with all our hearts, minds and spirit. It's difficult in the flesh to remember that he promised to guide us but if we decide to not rely on our eye but his it does become easier to the point of automatic. How could we possibly think we have a better way? How could we think, after what Jesus did, that we have this all figured out? Sometimes I look at myself and laugh. What a moron sometimes but I also realize as long as I'm in this fleshly body I will probably screw up so it makes me want to repent all the more. It becomes so much more sensible to admit mistakes and repent then to try to defend them.
Psa 32:8-9
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Therefore;
Pro 3:5-7
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

Heavenly Father,
Forgive us Lord because we want to please you but we fumble. Grant us wisdom and fore sight so we can avoid damage to ourselves and others. Teach us to be attuned to your voice, in Jesus name, amen
