God morning! How are we faithing? Lets get real. Lets tell the truth. We all have eternal life. Our choice as to whether we live in the presence of God or in absence of God, that choice is ours to make. We are all born unrighteous because of Adams sin and by Jesus the Christ are we able to become righteous. When we choose not to accept the gift of pardon from God our soul is dead and spends eternity away from all things of God. When we accept the gift of pardon we fall under the grace of God and our eternity is set to be with God and all things good. The notion of blackness and or "cease to be" is wrong. Not believing this doesn't make it not so. I imagine hell is full of people who said they don't believe in heaven or hell. I can say I don't believe in Africa because I have never seen it but it still exists doesn't it? How do we know? From eye witnesses. From documentation. Well there were many eye witnesses to Jesus and it is well documented. But I digress. Your eternal soul will live on forever. The choice of where is yours. Imagine no tears, sadness, pain, heartache, hunger, lack of knowledge, physical maladies, mental maladies etc. Imagine a place that is picture perfect all the time and the thoughts or temptations of anything not holy don't exist. Temptation? Addictions? Not ever around. A place where God is in charge. A place where only good goes on not muddled with sin or ego or pride. A place where we can see someone and mutual love and adoration of the father and each other makes every conversation or visit the greatest ever. No worries not because it's utopia but because the presence of God thus everything that is good and good for us is all that there is. Why would anyone choose a place that is the complete opposite. Just think about all this.
Joh 5:24
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
1Th 5:9-10
For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.
Heavenly Father,
We ask you to come into our hearts. Cleans us from all unrighteousness. Heal our broken hearts. We accept your gift of pardon and profess our stand with you. Jesus we ask for understanding and assurance we will live with you forever. Grant that peace that passes all understanding and open the eyes of our hearts so we see truth and not lies. Let us hear you in everything today, in Jesus name, amen
