Good morning! How are we faithing? The Bible tells us to watch for certain things. We are to be aware and faithful in prayer, in taking the Word and following the Word. If we allow outside influences to cast doubt on out faith we can get into some real trouble. I like to read and research as well as listen to other Biblical scholar's take on scripture but I have to pay attention and glean details or being misled is possible. The Word tells us to watch and notice times and events but don't let those things take our eyes off Jesus. I know many times I was consumed with the things of living that I took my eyes off Jesus and let me tell you, the outcome was not pretty. We must be alert, aware, see truth even if it isn't what we want to see. I can't wrap my head around some of the things that are happening in the world today but that's ok and probably a blessing in itself. I only need to understand what the Word tells me and be that example for the lost. We must pay attention, study, question, because time is short and we are watching prophecy unfold. Let these scriptures tell you.
Luk 21:34-36
And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Luk 21:34-36

Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Mar 13:33-37
Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
Mat 25:13
Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for scripture that reveals truth. Help us not get wrapped up or fooled by heresy or rituals that draw us away from you. Lord forgive us our sins and help us be better servants of yours. Grant us wisdom to see truth and to recognize lies and folly. In Jesus name, amen
