daily prayer

    Good morning! How are we faithing? It's curious to me that we struggle with letting go of sin. We've said it before that sin is fun. We've also realized in out life that there are consequences for sin. God told us what is sin to save ourselves from ourselves. We have a propensity in the natural to lean towards sin and until we accept Jesus in our hearts, that will not change. Heck man, even though I know I am a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, I still sin but I'm improving. We need to stop word plays and call sin what it is. We need to recognize when we rationalize and repent. We need to seek Jesus in everything. I watch people. I hear people. I see things go down that blows me away. I also see the same being in the mirror. I have decided to follow Jesus instead of me and to that end I will see paradise. I choose to accept the pardon and go praise my Father. I choose the light. With those choices comes an obligation while I am still earth bound in the mineral vessel. With that choice comes things like this daily. With that choice I have found peace in storms. With that choice I can be brave and bold in the face of evil and most importantly with that choice I can love others as I want to be loved. This may seem rambling today but I just want to share God and to convey that peace. I pray you have accepted God's gift of pardon by his son's blood. Pray this;
  Forgive my sins Lord. Cleans my heart from all unrighteousness. Open my eyes to your ways and truths. I am a sinner and repent. Clear my mind. Open my heart. Grant me wisdom and vision to see things as you see them. In Jesus name, amen

1Jn 4:9-10
  In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
