      Good morning! How are we faithing? It is an amazing thing when we think about it that the Word of God is important and likewise his voice is mentioned over 400 times. So here we have the Word is God and his voice is spoken sometimes loud and sometimes very soft. Hmmm, words and speaking equals power. Wow man, so there is power in words and speaking. Exactly. We can heal we can tear down with words. We can start something or end something with words. Ever been in a room with everybody talking and you get real restless? So that shows us precise words spoken relax and teach while many equals confusion and restlessness. Ponder that and think why it is so important to shut off the radio, turn off the TV, get somewhere quiet and ponder God's Word and listen for HIS voice. It may be very quiet and if you have other stimuli you may not hear it. I don't do it enough but going into the woods and talking/praying/listening to God and hearing his voice completely refreshes. Don't forget to take that time for that nourishment.

1Jn 5:7
 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Joh 1:1 

 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 

Rev 19:13 

 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 

Heb 2:1-3

  Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him;

Heavenly Father,

  Help us lend our ears to your still small voice. Help us to understand what you are telling us so we live holy. Lord forgive our trespasses and help us be as forgiving of others as you are for us. Open our eyes Lord to your truth and your voice. In Jesus name, amen
