Good morning! How are we faithing? It is interesting when things come about that tax us. I also realize the things that tax me may not tax you. I also realize my being taxed by burdens is a teaching moment that I can use to help others when they meet theirs. We all must deal with our own set of cards before we can even think to deal with others. Advice when given with Godly thought should edify the receiver and not just make the sender feel good. The newspaper has advice columns already. You are responsible for your salvation and your standing compared to the Word of God. Don't get this confused with salvation by works or any other heresy being taught these days I am just reminding you that the day we stand before God we answer for our own deeds and not for our neighbors deeds. Every day we are on earth we bear our own stuff. No one does it for us therefore we ought not try to bear others.
Gal 6:5
For every man shall bear his own burden.
Rom 14:10-13
But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
remember Sebastian...
Heavenly Father,
We lift up holy hands to you. We praise your holy name. Lord, touch your people today. Grant wisdom and courage to meet and learn your ways. Help us be men and women of the one true God. Touch Sebastian. In Jesus name, amen
