Good morning! How are we faithing? One of those fitful nights of dreams of past places and times. Rehashing old arguments and dealing with things that were dealt with years ago. Also dreams of friends in trouble and the truck wont start. I have learned over time that sometimes dreams are simply brain release and sometimes they are things that may require attention. Many times for me, I discover I still am harboring resentment and I must deal with that unforgiveness. And many times its the anchovies on last nights pizza. I also have been searching scripture for answers to things of no great importance to others but I simply want to know. I do believe as we live in the times we live in that satan and his minion disguise themselves as angels of light and appeal to our basic instinct to the point of deception. I have to be very careful of reading to much into those dreams because being fooled by the evil one is very common. Simple things can lead to bigger things. Many have succumbed to the teachings of the enemy unbeknownst. Satan is or was an angel of light. He led the praise music. He is not a creator or omnipotent but he is smarter than any of us so we must uphold the Lord and his Word in defense. Putting on the full armor of God to be prepared for things that Paul spoke of like this;
2Co 11:12 -15
But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
I know I ramble sometimes but the thought process always leads to scripture and for that I am truly blessed. What say you? Are you searching? Do you wake in the morning wondering what you just saw? Pray and ask God to reveal. Go to sleep asking for wisdom and revelation. Ask for vision and conformation and protection from being misled or fooled. Our God is way bigger,smarter and stronger than our enemy.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your wisdom and patience with us. Lord we ask our minds be protected from the enemy. We ask for wisdom to recognize when we are under attack and we be quick to seek your face. Lord we ask for divine intervetion in our lives today. Show up showing off so we smile and praise you! In Jesus name, amen!
