Good morning! How are we faithing? Searching for answers in the Word is daunting sometimes because revelation, for me anyways, can be slow and I want answers now! I suppose it's based on life experiences, maturity and that time God deems me ready to hear him. The segue from on verse to another makes logical sense at one time but sometimes the reading takes me where I never planned on going. How about you? Here's an example;
Zec 8:22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD.
Zec 8:23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
Studying prophecy and looking at the world today I find those verses and then end up here;
Tit 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Tit 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Tit 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Tit 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

This is telling me that as things transpire on earth and as prophetic things take place I am still to approach life with the things that make us Godly people. No matter how outrageous the society becomes we must stick to our faith and our God till the end whether it's our end or the worlds. As we see prophecy unfold we still must seek out the lost to lead them to Jesus to our dying breath. Those 21 Christians that recently died on a beach at the hands of evil men simply because of their faith is what we may face. Man o man, I pray I have the courage they had.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your Word and revealing it to us every day. We bless your holy name and ask for courage to meet what ever we must meet with honor for you. Please guide our steps so we can be examples of real love for the lost. Lord forgive us when we sin. Wipe any fear away and grant us mighty courage to stand like David did. In Jesus name, amen
