daily prayer

     Good morning! How are we faithing? I hear some say that they wont accept Jesus because what kind of God would allow such bad things to happen. They question God, forgetting that he has the script of life and he sees all time. God knows what is and what isn't, what is illusion and what is real, what is evil and what is good and all of that has a destination therefore who are we to condemn God when we don't agree with what he does? We don't have all the answers, he does. We don't know what this event in our life brings later. Someone's single action at one time put another on the path to a presidency, a life saved from drowning, a kind word that averted a suicide etc. How can we be so bold as to question God's motives when he sees all? Sure we can ask out of curiosity or grief or even just searching for knowledge but we do have to remember that he is God and we are not. The man that turns a hunk of rock into a statue is in control of the the rock. Does the rock know what the master is doing? Does the rock know how to become the beautiful statue without some chipping away? Of course not! Just like the piece of wood has no control of what that carpenter does with it we have to rest and believe God is in control and whatever grief or trouble we endure, as long as we seek God in it we will be better people coming out the other side. Think on this. Consider Job;

Job 27:2-8
  As God liveth, who hath taken away my judgment; and the Almighty, who hath vexed my soul;
 All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;  My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.   God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.  My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.
 Let mine enemy be as the wicked, and he that riseth up against me as the unrighteous. For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when God taketh away his soul?

Act 3:19-21
  Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;  And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Heavenly Father,
  Thank you for your wisdom in your Word. Help us remember you and that you got this life. Lead us to your feet in all things. Lord, forgive our sins when we commit out of fear, grief and pain. We seek you in all things. We ask for wisdom to see, courage to act or not, vision to look past current things. We bless you Lord, in Jesus name we pray, amen
