Good morning! How are we faithing? Watching things around me, listening to life others experience and reading history makes me want to learn more. I also see different things in the Word because of these things. Life is no different today than times past and people still act in the same fashion. We all need Jesus. We all need to live by the Word of God. Pessimism, optimism, detached and nosy all seem to have a place in a society but what is interesting is when we read about the lives in the Bible we can see the same exact things in ourselves. No one should ever believe they are experiencing anything new because it all just keeps repeating. You feel low some days. So did Jesus in the garden. You feel alone, so did Jonah and Moses. You feel burdened, again, so did Moses. So did Joshua. So did Jesus. Read these stories not out of duty but out of gaining knowledge and understanding of truth. Learn to not repeat the same mistakes they made. Heck man, I don't want my kids to repeat the same stupid things I did so I tried to instill some knowledge. They do the same with their kids. Refuse to let this life get you down for our God has promised so many wonderful things ahead. We will go through some things in this vessel and the beautiful cool thing is, our creator loves us and it will be well with our souls. Chin up kids, another day awaits!
Heb 4:12-14
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
Psa 139:1-3
O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.

Heavenly Father,
Forgive our self indulgent that allows thoughts of "woe is me". Lord, we want to see you. We want to live holy and upright. We want to serve our creator but we sometimes fall down. Teach us to seek your face in all we do. Help us to understand your Word and be courageous to share your gospel. Lord we bless your holy name and ask you be with the kids. Protect them from evil. we ask these things in Jesus name, amen
