Good morning! How are we faithing? We have to realize that the first Christians did not have "The New Testament" but only,what we call today, "The Old Testament". So why are we not keeping the festivals and feasts of those times? Didn't Jesus say he came to fulfill the law and not do away with it? Don't be confused, we are not saved by that law but by the blood of Jesus. With that being said, Jesus kept those feasts and festivals so why don't we? Is there relevance of those feasts to today? What are they for and is anything prophetic about them? I believe there is. I believe we better pay attention to the times and what these feasts and festivals represent. These things were done away with because of persecution of the Jews. It was simply a death sentence to be of "The Way". We had a reformation on the church starting with Luther but we kept most of the "church's" traditions and ways and did not really take on the ways of the first disciples. It's all so interesting and I encourage you to take a look and those feasts and festivals because the times as they are, we may need to be in deep prayer and pay attention much closer than we ever have. Here's a link for your study;

When you look through you can see parallels to events in prophecy. It's like a vision of the future and how things go down. From spring festivals to fall ones we can see how time is patterned after the things of God. All this is for us to be inquisitive, to not just take status quo as perfectly right but to learn truth. God set these things up for a reason and we ignore them? Hmmm...
read Acts 2 and look for parallels ...
remember Jackie Webster...remember the police, EMS, fire personnel...
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your Word that reveals truth. Thank you for your wisdom that is above any that man has. Teach us the things that are important to you. Bless our hands and minds that we do great things in your name. Grant us a heart like yours where no fear or darkness can live. We bless you Lord, in Jesus name, amen
