daily prayer

    Good morning! How are we faithing? I've said it before, just because I disagree with a position does not mean I hate the person representing that position. It seems lately that the opposite is happening all over the place, even in the Christian community. Jesus told us to hate the sin and not the sinner so why are we not adhering? I understand if the lost world runs off the rails when their opinion is dashed but Messiah Jesus followers?  There are many things we do that makes it hard to tell us from the world and man, if we don't start asking God for wisdom and courage to stand firm in our faith we will become ineffective for the kingdom. Look at this;

Pro 6:16-19
  These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,  An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,   A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Are you a part of any of those things? If you are, today is the day to repent. Today is the day you start loving those sinners. You ain't got to like em but you do have to love them enough to present Jesus and use words if necessary. How we life proves or disproves our allegiance to Jesus, think about that...

Heavenly Father,
  Forgive us when we judge unjustly. Lord, grant us the wisdom to see truth and to act without fear. Help us to realize what man can do to us is inconsequential. We praise you and lift you higher than any other. Send your Holy Spirit to surround us and protect us. We ask angels to ride shotgun with us all the time. Thank you Lord, in Jesus name, amen
