daily prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing? It's so hard to keep from kicking our own butt. We try to hold ourselves to a standard that the church holds us to rather than the Word. I'm not saying the the church is wrong but they ain't always right either. The pattern to follow is holy, righteous, loving and forgiving. None of these things have anything to do with how we church but rather how we treat others when no one from the church is around. These things are done regularly because we believe it's right and we cannot be convinced otherwise. Do we miss the mark? Sure we do! But we recognize when we do, ask forgiveness, make amends if necessary and press on. Whoopin our own tail opens a door for the enemy to peek in and sometimes enter and that leads all sorts of self loathing etc. Just remind yourself of how you would like to be treated when you've made a mistake, treat others that way, treat yourself the same. Now if you're in the habit of chastising or talking about others, time to stop man and get into some humble forgiveness...

Rom 6:13-14
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.  For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your love and wisdom just for us. Help us be your sons and daughters . Help us truly forgive others and ourselves. Lord, thank you for your grace that keeps us. Bless our leaders Lord. Open their eyes to real truth. Thank you for another day to seek and enjoy your face . in Jesus name, amen
