Good morning! How are we faithing? The bad actors in the world will not inherit the kingdom of God. Is it the sin that makes this happen? Yes and no. What I mean by that answer is yes if we are in sin and never repent and find Jesus we will not inherit heaven. What sin is not important but that we repent and accept the gift of pardon that Jesus offers. Too many times I hear,"he was a good man, heaven has a new angel" or "He did good things, surely he made it"...what? where in all scripture are those things even mentioned or a factor in the inheritance of heaven? There is one way and one action that determines inheriting heaven. Jesus is it. Whatever sin you have done, whatever lifestyle you have lived, whatever has happened in your life, Jesus is waiting for you to open the door and let him in. Thinking other than what scripture teaches will be wrong.
1Co 6:9-11
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Heavenly Father,
Draw us to you Lord that we may repent and accept your gift of pardon. Open scripture up to us so we may enjoy your presence in our lives. Teach us your ways and help us fend of the enemy and his minion. We praise you and thank you for life Lord, in Jesus name, amen
