Good morning! How are we faithing? It is interesting when we look at things through spiritual eyes. We know;

Eph_6:12  For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world's rulers, of the darkness of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

There is a spiritual content to every thing happening in the world today. Oh the things are blamed on many different things but that blaming is the enemy trying to fool the people of the world. The root causes are spiritual. Look in political circles. What is the root cause of many issues? Greed, lust, selfishness which causes lies and rationalization for their deeds. Look at the heinous crimes we are witnessing. Looks like the same root causes plus no moral compass. As hearts grow cold to God they lean to all the sinful things and it will only get worse.

 2Ti 3:1  Know this also, that in the last days grievous times will be at hand. 

2Ti 3:2  For men will be self-lovers, money-lovers, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 

2Ti 3:3  without natural affection, unyielding, false accusers, without self-control, savage, despisers of good, 

2Ti 3:4  traitors, reckless, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 

2Ti 3:5  having a form of godliness, but denying the power of it; even turn away from these. 

All this leads one to look beyond flesh and to the spiritual side of every happening and every thing said. It begs thinking people to ask, "what is the goal?"  "Why?"  

Heavenly Father, Forgive our sins and open our eyes to what's really happening behind events. Let us be aware of the dark forces work against us. Help us not be fooled by false rhetoric. Help us see truth and stand for it. In Jesus name, amen
