Good morning! How are we faithing? Hate. A big topic these days. Everyone who disagrees with someone else must hate them. Anyone who has done evil to us, we must hate. We hate the thief. We hate the murderer. We hate our political opposites. We hate other people who are not of our persuasion. This ought not be and if you claim Jesus as savior, you better not hate anyone and if you do you better repent. We can not like someone but we ought never wish evil on them. Have we forgotten our own redemption? remember...

2Pe 1:9  For he in whom these things are not present is blind and cannot see afar off and has forgotten that he was purged from his sins in the past.

If we claim we are now in the light of the Lord yet hate other sinners we nullify Christ sacrifice for us.

1Jn 2:9-11  He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in darkness until now.  He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no offense in him.  But he who hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because darkness has blinded his eyes.

Lets check ourselves on this subject. Regardless of infractions we must always express Jesus. Jesus loved all and at the same time chastised sinners to repent. Jesus lived sinless as an example for us to see. Don't forget the part of the Lords prayer that tells us to forgive others like we want to forgive...man it's hard sometimes...

Heavenly Father, We praise you Lord! We ask for eyes to see truth and a tongue tempered with your Word. Lord help us forgive as you forgave us. We ask for courage to act holy and the wisdom to present you to all we meet. In Jesus name, amen
