    Good morning! How are we faithing? What a week! Appointments, tasks to be done and it's ongoing! As I seek wisdom in everything I do I also am aware my sources are not always perfect...except for one. The Word of God is always perfect, to the point and infallible. Interpretations can be dubious but the perfect Word is not. Wisdom we have spoke of recently must be held up to the Word. Worldly wisdom exists but if it is contrary to the Word of God it is not wisdom at all. Look at this again;

Jas 3:13-18  Who is wise and knowing among you? Let him show his works by his good conduct with meekness of wisdom.   But if you have bitter jealousy and strife in your hearts, do not glory and lie against the truth.   This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.   For where envying and strife are, there is confusion and every foul deed.   But the wisdom that is from above is first truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.   And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Treating supposed wisdom in a Godly manner begins with discernment and we discern through prayer and Godly council if necessary. I have many times been torn between worldly wisdom and Biblical wisdom but usually land on Biblical wisdom as the best course of action.  Oh my guy genes want to act certain ways sometimes but "who benefits?" will squash manly urges. What a lot we are. I urge you today to seek out wisdom in everything you do today. Pause and ask if God benefits or you do. A good exercise.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for your wisdom that is the only truth. Lord, forgive us when we stray as we don't want to but alas...we do. Help us not cause anyone to miss you because of our faults. In Jesus name, amen
