Good morning! How are we faithing? Well it's December 1st and it's cold outside. I have run plumb out of time and weather to get stuff done that needed to be done by now. Life, health issues and gumption all played a part in this miss use of time. I am not complaining, well, maybe a little, but as I get older, the more this happens. I have been contemplating many events and conversations I have had with older folks in the past. They forewarned me of some things but I think they were as miffed as I am. I feel as young as ever but the mirror betrays me. The body too. We were told we all would experience life filled with trials and then we all would experience death. Not real encouraging but when one thinks about salvation and what the hereafter has in store for us, death isn't much of a threat but more of a promise of escaping this fallen world. I ponder many things of a spiritual nature and read scripture looking for answers while also observing earthly life and all the junk in it. We were warned that when the days mirror Noah's days and Sodom and Gomorrah days that the end is near, I realize we must be so close to the end of the age. I am baffled at many events happening around the world wondering how anyone could behave in such an evil manner that I then realize the question answers itself, evil. People get ready. The day of salvation is today. If you delay and you croak, you are to blame, no one else. So wake up and stand up for Godly things and stop entertaining this world with the awe you ought have for Jesus.
Heavenly Father, Thank you for salvation in a time such as this. Help us to seek your Word constantly and always be aware of the devils ploys. Help us not be deceived by them. Put your words in our mouth so seeds can be spread to the lost. In Jesus name, amen
