Daily Prayer

Good morning to you! Man! Full week already and we just passed the middle day! When God reveals stuff in his Word that makes us say,"wow!", it's like a honeysuckle laden breath of fresh air! You just smile and breath it in. Jesus loves you so much that words can't relate the depth of his love and concern for you. He took it all for you so you don't have to suffer for your improprieties. Wounds we receive for things we have done are healed by his blood and his sacrifice.

1 Peter 2:24
and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.
NAS

Don't despair! God is right there holding you! Jesus cares about everything going on. How does he do that? Gee whiz if I knew that ... all that matters to us is that he does. Physical maladies, spiritual searches, mental anguish, a long list of things that pursue us in this world are no match for our savior. Realizing that and grasping the size of that statement will set you free. This life and the junk in it are so fleeting that we almost have to laugh! Not diminishing anything you may be enduring I'm just trying to help you see the big picture and realize that with Jesus, we win. The end of the Bible in Revelation is summed up with these words, God wins. So check this;

Psalms 55:22
Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He will sustain you;He will never allow the righteous to be shaken.
NAS

Set this faith in Christ, in stone. As we endure, Jesus is right here. Look to him and the hope we have as believers and know in your heart that regardless of circumstances that he loves you. Remember those who are sick and having physical problems...remember the troops...remember to thank God for all things and to open your eyes to see him...

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for all you do every day for us. Help us to withstand the enemies assaults. Help us see past the daily shrapnel that flies at us. Protect us physically, mentally and spiritually that the enemy just bounces off us! Be with the troops. Bless and keep them focused on you and keep them close to you. Help us see the needs around us and help us realize you care about every little thing. We praise and worship you Lord! Show us how to be your ambassadors. We lift our kids to you, in Jesus name, Amen
