Good morning! Veterans day in the states and Remembrance day in Canada. I ask you all reflect on the sacrifice that has been made for you. Politics aside, since the 17oo's, people like you and me have served so we can enjoy the life we have. If it were not for our service people who gave all and some the supreme sacrifice, we would not exist. Remember the families who have kids or dads or moms away from them who are serving now. Remember the families who gave all for us. Shake some hands and thank any service person you meet! Our country has it's problems but it still is the best deal in town. Pray for our leaders that they make sound choices. Pray for a revival to take place in this country so we stop being so selfish and help anyone we meet. Lets start with our own families and then the brood next door. Pray YOU see the needs encountered and respond appropriately.
Heavenly Father,
Thank you for all you do. Thank you that we live in a place where we are free to worship you or not. Thank you for your son's sacrifice that showed us what laying down our life for our friend means. Please cover our service men and women with your grace and love. Show us how to act when we meet people in need. We ask you guide our leaders at every level. We ask a blessing on this country and its leaders and people. Show us your grace and mercy. in Jesus name, Amen
