daily prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing? I have a problem with those people I encounter who abhor the thought of a benevolent God who wants what is best for them. Those people who continue to wallow in their self centered life style and dismiss anything that could upset their view of themselves. I also realized the problem is mine because I need to be mindful of being ready in and out of season to present the Gospel because as God calls people he may use my life and my witness to convince another soul.  Let me tell you, for a split second the "man" in me wants to tell those people they get what they deserve and then I realize if I got what I deserved, oh boy...People, don't let the enemy cause a dimming of the light Jesus is in you.  Remember those you meet could be one breath away from eternity and that eternity has two places, heaven and hell. Even if those people don't even believe that there is a heaven and hell, be that witness anyways by living what our savior taught regardless of what comes our way. Our life could open the eyes of a lost person. Our walk may well lead someone from destruction to the construction of another saint.  Think about that...

remember the Millers...remember the Philippines...remember Kathy and me...remember Berta...

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your love. Open the eyes of our hearts so we don't just dismiss the lost. Help us see what we need to do to be your sons and daughters. Keep the children safe. In Jesus name, amen
