daily prayer

     Good morning! How are we faithing? I had what I thought was a subject all mapped out in my head today but as I went to the back bathroom I saw something. The hall light was on so I didn't turn the bathroom light on. As I stood there I looked at the mirror and there were faint finger prints that were left by my son and it struck me how his finger prints are all over this house. I was hit with that missing yearning for a second but it made me think how his finger prints are present even after he is gone. You know, I am not being a downer but it does cause us to think how our life has long lasting effect even though it is just a vapor in the grand scheme of things. Your life matters. You have effect on others. Parents, if life is dealing you crap, your kids need you still, your parents need you, your dog needs you. Don't give up but reach up to the savior. Gee whiz man, taking your life ain't worth it and dog gone it, that's a cowards way out and as a believer pretty darm hypocritical don't you think? Our savior endured way more than we ever thought of. There are believers over seas that are being beaten and tortured for their beliefs and we are whining over discomfort? Please. I don't know who this is for today but listen to me. All is not lost. It isn't the end. Your circumstances will change. Jesus is still right there knocking on the door of your heart but he ain't gonna stand there forever. Today is the day of salvation and you may not get another chance.

Heavenly Father,
  Thank you for the gift of pardon from all my sins. Lord, I need you, I want to live holy, I want to know you are on your throne and you love me. Forgive me as I repent of my sins. Accept me into your arms for I am hurting. Thank you for salvation. In Jesus name, amen
