daily prayer

Good morning! How are we faithing? I run into folks that have things going on in their life and I have learned to listen to them rather than wait for my turn to speak. I ask a lot of questions and these questions are not designed to be nosy but to clear up data and more so to make that person think. It real doesn't matter what I or anybody else thinks most times as much as it does for them to know someone cares. I know as a male I want to fix things but I have found advice given is most times taken as interference or judgmental. I don't want to judge because it ain't my job nor am I so pure I can even do it well. Sure we all can judge right or wrong when we base it on the bible but when have you or I ever walked in others same shoes? Right is right and wrong is wrong but what are the circumstances? Rather than point out the obvious we may be better served to offer moral support and ask those questions that cause them to make better choices next time. I only say this out of a convicted heart of my own. I know where I screw up and I usually know why. Sometimes a peer asking a question allows me to be on the out side looking in as it were and my vision clears up. Pointing out I am an idiot doesn't help at all. We have to lead by example and I want to be sure and present the Gospel correctly and not some bigoted holier than thou kinda guy. The reason we even live is because of Jesus and leading others to repentance is more important than correction don't you think?

1Ti 4:8-12
For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.  For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.  These things command and teach. Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for salvation. Thank you for revealing your Word to us. Help us see truth and to help others . Help us really hear when others are seeking help. Let us be examples of God's teaching in our lives and not just our mouths. Lead us to the path of holiness in Jesus name, amen
