Good morning! How are we faithing? Many conversations lately with people struggling and the one thing that runs with all the conversation is how much misery they are dealing with. I also heard them concentrating on that misery with statements like woe is me, I can't take it, I give up. While I totally understand getting to that place I want to encourage you that you are not alone and this focus on misery, this worrying about things leads to all sorts of bad things. First off,YOU are in control of your thought process right? You can dwell in a place or not. While understanding things suck sometimes, why let things get you? Does that make sense to allow what you don't like to ruin who you are? The Word tells us, I reminding ya'll again, yesterday is over, tomorrow isn't here yet so today is what we need to be concerned with. Of course that's paraphrasing. Get on with it. Think about what adjustments can be made. What do you have control over? Make decisions based on thought and not emotion. Move in the positive direction and not the opposite. You need help, pray first then call a reliable friend to help you sort through. Call one that will be honest with you and not whine and moan also. Think on these;
Luk 12:22-31
And He said to His disciples, Therefore I say to you, Be not anxious as to your life, what you shall eat; nor for the body, what you shall put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap, having neither storehouse nor barn, and God feeds them. How much more are you better than the birds? And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his stature? If then you are not able to do even the least, why are you anxious about the rest? Consider the lilies, how they grow; they do not toil, they do not spin. And yet I say to you that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothes the grass (which today is in the field, and tomorrow is cast into the oven) how much more will He clothe you, O little-faiths? And do not seek what you shall eat, nor what you shall drink, and stop being in anxiety. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you have need of these things. But rather seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your grace. Thank you for always being with us even when we don't see why things are happening. Lord, grant us wisdom for the situation, courage for the day and minds clear of clutter and able to see truth. We ask for bodies healed, and spirits lifted. We ask for a graceful attitude to deal with our days. In Jesus name, amen
