Good morning! Oh how we are weak! We fall into the trap of our flesh and fleshly desires. We fail with our tongues. We fail with our actions but we are redeemed through Christ our Lord who sees all and knows all. When we are born again we are brought under a covering of grace that surpasses all things temporal and all things spiritual. Jesus' sacrifice is all that is needed. We have the Word to bring God's wisdom straight to us without deception or bound by worldly designs. We are trapped in our own bodies while on earth and we tend to fall repeatedly even when we do not want to. In word or deed we realize we still need a savior. "I am ashamed some times of my own behavior", as said in a popular song. Do not despair, God loves you and if we seek his will and wisdom, we will persevere.

Colossians 3:12-17
And so, as those who have been chosen of God, holy and beloved, put on a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you. And beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.
NAS

Heavenly Father,
Thank you for your Word and the comfort and wisdom it gives. Help us see you in everything and help us stay humble and not get balled up in worldly distractions. Keep us aware of your presence and help us keep our minds clear.  Lord we praise and lift your name up, thank you for all you do. Help us be the men and women we should be so we can see you more clearly. Thank you for your grace, in Jesus name we pray, Amen
