      Good morning! How are we faithing? The appearance of holy behavior is as evil as non holy behavior. Any outward appearance that fools or rather tries to deceive one to think they are one way but are actually another is evil. Public speak of good but doing otherwise in private is evil. We see it all around the world right now. In political circles, in religious denominations, in work places, on the news. Jesus called out the scribes and Pharisees of his day for the same exact things. They were calling out the disciples for infractions of tradition, i.e., "we've always done it this way", all the while missing Gods commandments. Check this out;

Mat 15:1-9  Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying,  Why do your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.  But He answered and said to them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? For God commanded, saying, "Honor your father and mother"; and, "He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him die by death."  But you say, Whoever says to his father or mother, Whatever you would gain from me, It is a gift to God;  and in no way he honors his father or his mother. And you voided the commandment of God by your tradition.  Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, "This people draws near to Me with their mouth, and honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. But in vain they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

Know the scripture. Mind your walk. Be concerned of your own heart. Pray for others that they do the same. Do everything honestly and with love because we ain't perfect either.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for truth in your Word. Lord, help us walk this walk with integrity and love so we encourage and not tear down. We ask wisdom to speak when necessary and stand for truth and let the chips fall where they may. In Jesus name, amen
